Plagiarism Checker clone (Experienced only)

We need a website like [login to view URL] that allows students to check their plagiarism percentage. Students upload their documents and our website can immediately analyze the content and check it for plagiarism. After completion of the plagiarism detection, it must generate a report to inform the user about the percentage of plagiarism and original sources of plagiarize content. User interface allows document submission, checking (plagiarism & originality) and producing a summary report & accept 3 free plagiarism checks for each IP/email & Build a Document Archive/ Database for all documents submissions. At this time, on first phase of developement we need only free plagiarism check. Later, in the second developement we`ll start implementing paid version / purchasing credits and other functionalities that will improve. Code has to be documented and made available so we can modify it later. ------ PLEASE BID ONLY IF YOU KNOW 100% WHAT YOU SHOULD DO and you have experience in plagiarism detection.
