POS / Gift Card / VIP System - READ PROJECT!

This will be a combination of a "Gift Card System / POS" as well as "Employee Hour Tracking" Gift Card / POS system: This will be a gift card / loyalty program system. Customers will be registered with First Name: Last Name: Phone Number: Email Address: Once registered customers will have a card number. This number will be programmed onto a magnetic card. Please note: The output of the magnetic card would be: #Accountnumber? Therefore, the program has to listen to input in this format #VARIABLE? Variable = account number The card will have a $ value attached to it. Paying: The system will be setup as POS, in which the customer will be able to key in their order, then use their card to pay for it. Once the order has been selected, customer will be asked if they would like to leave a 10% tip. Once the customer swipes their card, it will ask for a staffs approval. Which will be another swipe with the staff card. Once done, the balance of the order will be deducted from the customers card. Once the customer pays, a receipt printer will automatically print a receipt with the details, along balance left and other information such as Customers First + Last name as well as the staff who approved the transaction. Once the customer pays, a receipt will automatically emailed with the details, along balance left and other information. This email should have a 1 click card disable incase the card is lost / stolen. The database will keep track of the customers total fill up. For every $300 they fill up, they will get $15 bonus Employee Hour Tracking: First Name: Last Name: Phone Number: Email Address: Staff will be given cards as well. Staff cards will allow approval of transactions. There should be a staff check in button, in which the staff clicks and swipes to check into the shift. There should be a staff check out button, in which the staff clicks and swipes to check out of the shift. Hours should be recorded with details and sent once a week to the admin. For every hour a staff works, he is rewarded an $X amount to his balance as store credit. (X varries on staff member). Admin set's $X If the staff is checked in for longer than 10 hours, the system is to check out the staff, email the admin and not reward the staff with any store credit for the shift. Admin Page: Admins are to have the same features as staff Admins are to receive their own account Admins must swipe admin card to log into admin account Admins can credit any account by selecting CREDIT, type amount and swipe the clients card to add credit Admins can debit any account by selecting DEBIT, type amount and swipe the clients card to remove credit Admins can add members into the system. Admins should be able to access reports. Admins should have access to all customers / staff account list, with the ability to modify any variable. Admins should be able to issue a new card number encase the old one has been lost / stolen. Admins should be able to modify the POS system with items / item prices. Admins should be able to modify the receipt printer with variables that may or may not be needed. Admins should be able to restore backup from file / cloud. Reports: Reports are to show daily payments / credits / debits Reports are to show monthly payments / credits / debits Reports are to separate staff credit vs customer credit Reports are to show the hours the staff worked per week.
