pro website with fairly in-depth back end admin section

Hi all. I am currently looking for someone to build a really professional website for my brand new entertainment agency. i am after someone who has a wide knowledge in this field and also a huge knowledge in SEO in particular focusing on google. The website has a strong domain name which is the specific search term i am looking to dominate in the search rankings. www.functionbands.co.u. A site is already live for this but i am not entirely happy with the design and layout but would like to keep the logo branding I am after making the site more attractive and visually engaging as well as having certain features within the site not only for the clients experience but the artists also who will need access to certain areas of the site and also myself who will be uploading each act so i need it to be easy and straight forward in a similar to listing an item on ebay for instance. there are i guess 3 main page layouts needed: Home page band-artist page listings page the back end for admin will need to include the following upload able sections upload act sections act bio video uploads (youtube link) max 4 mp3 uploads max 8 photos max 30 set list section booking options other clients also liked a good example can be found here of what the final page should contain but just in a more visually pleasing way.
