Program to constantly crawl 2 trading sites and display details

I want a script to crawl these 2 sites regularly: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] they each have a huge number of trading pairs but i need it to do 2 things: 1: search for a list of the tokens trading on both sites. for example "EOS" is trading on both sites. It will do this hourly and display the tokens (symbols) that are active on both sites. 2.I need the script to search all the tokens that are trading in both sites (above) and search for trading/abritrage opprtunities. For example in idex kin can be bought for 0.00000035 and on fork delta it can be sold for 0.00000037 as usually on the same site you cannot sell for more than the lowest buy price. The script will also look for these opportunities in the same site although they will be rare. Out put should be an alert of some sort and I would like the opportunity if possible to discuss the possibility of automated trading.
