I need someone to help me create custom PDF metadata
I have a set of custom metadata categories (field name) and values (field values) which are saved in a mysql database. Each record represents a file. I don’t want to do this manually one after the other – I want to set the custom metadata categories and then the values will be automatically inserted into each PDF file.
Basically i want to create custom metadata for my documents. I believe this is quite straight forward as there is a lot of entries on google on how to add, edit and manage custom PDF metadata.
Unfortunately i am not a programmer so it is hard for me. My requirement is a system where I can perform the following:
1. Define custom PDF metadata categories – for example Manager Name - i dont mind if this is hard coded
2. I will upload a PDF file and specify values for the defined metadata categories for each batch
3. When saved, the system will insert the custom PDF metadata (categories and values) into uploaded file to create a new PDF file updated with extra metadata. Values are saved in a mysql database from which the system will then update the defined category
4. Will allow the viewing of the metadata category and values added to the file.
I dont mind what technology is used as long as it is easy to use.
