We have project for UK residential and commercial properties, where estate agents can use app on their phone or iPad....following is the information. Create a mobile app and website back-end for iOS and Android which allows users to complete reports on-site without the need for an Internet connection. App must store captured images on phone storage with time-stamp, option to upload should be available, bearing in mind there can be 200+ images user should be able to upload pictures when they connect to Wi-Fi. App should generate an interactive web reports, reports must be automatically generated and numbered, with photos referenced and optional notes, disclaimers, declaration and terms appended. App must capture agent, landlord or tenant signatures on the app right at the property, or remotely via email. Save PDF reports with the digital signatures and comments thus eliminating the need to print paper based reports for good. The ability to produce custom branded reports is essential. Allowing users to generate a fully branded and styled report using the company’s logo and branding. When logged in, online users should have access to all reports allowing them to edit and upload new pictures to the report. Also showing a calendar to show them the report was completed and when it will expire, would be great if we could have some sort of notification feature to inform user when next inspection is due. There should be check-in, mid-term, check-out report etc - which means one report will be re-used with additional option through out the tenancy period property inspections.
