MVC - CI
1- Estate agent should be able to register their account and login to list properties and disable properties. Estate agent are subject to approval.
2- property pages should have property title, images, description, property details address and google map postcode.
3- property title should property unique no in brackets. For example 3 bedroom flat to rent (100001). This no should be watermarked on all images in black and white text.
4- estate agent registration page should have estate agent name, phone, fax, email and address in UK format.
5- admin should have option to create packages for estate agent. Initially 3 packages. Free, 60&100gbp.
6- Gocardless payment module for collecting monthly subscription.
7- RSS feed to export properties list to Zoopla UK and Rightmove UK.
8- Affiliate program for estate agents to recommend other estate agent and get fee waive off.
9- newsletter module for estate agent with send grid.
10- front end for users to search properties on various search criteria for example city or post code with further filters like flat, houses, no of bedrooms. You can check rightmove for guidance.
