Looking for a full-stack developer to develop a web-application (System) with the scope to to automitize the process of suppliers selection based on conditions offered by suppliers. The main steps of business processes that are planned to be automated with by the System: - to create manually or to download (xls, xlsx, pdf, jpeg) a Request for purchasing (RFP) received from the Customer - to match the items from RFP with the items into the System's directory (catalogue) - to send from the System via email a Request for Quotations (RFQ) to potential suppliers - to upload quotations from Suppliers automatically from email into the System - to compare received quotations from Suppliers - to select the most optimal quotations based on price and other parameters Automation should be implemented in two ways: • Each step described above accompanies the user • The user is involved once only in cases when the System does not have enough data (for example, information in the transcoding table for comparing the nomenclature of the Customer and the Suppliers, etc.), while the System records new introductions from the User and no longer treats similar requests The system should be developed as a SAAS solution in 2 English and Russian languages with possibility to in crease number of languages in the future. The system should be designed in the way for further connection of IOS and Android mobile application.
