Scope of work Innovative Sales – PO Tracking System Back End Functionality Requirements · Ability to upload/add Purchase Orders via CSV · Ability to add/edit “Branches” · Ability to add/edit “Customer” · Ability to view/edit Purchase Orders · Ability to send data automatically via email for new PO’s added on a daily/weekly/monthly basis Front End Functionality Requirements · Ability to search the PO database using PO numbers, status, and/or date ranges · Ability to view PO’s on a list and individually · Ability to Export PO to PDF For this system we only need ONE Main “Customer” account – Sears Roebuck & Co. (Kenmore) We have about 4-5 “Branches” These Branches are the locations to where the items are being sold/shipped to The only Admin login can be the main WP Admin account Please refer to the following Mock Ups for an idea on how this system is intended to look and function page by page. ALL PO’s will be uploaded using a specific CSV file. An example will be sent with this document. The ADMIN will need the ability to EDIT this PO after uploading. The Customer will not need this ability. They will only need to be able to search, view, and export on the Front End. The CSV columns have been mapped out on both the “Back End – View/Edit PO Page” and the “Front End – Sample PO – PDF page”
