Here are the high level requirements of the project,
• The application will be accessed by 3 users, Admin, Stock in-charge and Sales
• The sales user will raise the Purchase order based on the stock alert from the application. Re-order rule will be set for each raw material.
• The raw materials which are received by stock in-charge will be verified (based on PO and supplier invoice) and the details will be entered into the application.
• The received raw materials will be processed in Quality checking and the qualified materials will be added in the stock with the batch number.
• The stock in-charge will raise a Manufacturing Order based on the availability of the stocks. BOM will be set for the manufacturing of one product based on each machine type.
• Finished product from each manufacturing order will be added in stock with batch number.
• The sales user will raise Invoice for the customer, once the product is delivered and the invoice is validated hence the stock should get deducted.
• For this, the application should maintain, Customer details, Vendor details, Product details, Stock details.
• Reports
a. Job sheet – based on given format
b. Invoice – based on given format
c. Stock Moves – Inward entries, outward entries, Stock in hand based on given start date and end date
