Random image/video for "homepage entry cover" with button, that changes every time there is a pageload

I would like to have for the homepage entry cover image/video (background) of my theme (Listify), a image/video than changes randomly every time there is a new page view/load.
-The image(s) should be showed randomly on each pageview/load.
- There should be the option to choose more than one image (maybe 10, 20) from the wordpress media gallery.
- Each image should have associated a link/button, with 2 textfield that could be write it down.
A good example of what I want to achieve (mostly related with the link/button), exists already in this theme:

I'm sending attached a mockup of what I want.
Note: final designs specs for the button and description will be provided after finding the developer.

There should be the following option:
- Add a post/listing link and automatically adding the post's Featured Image + the Title of the listing in the button.
I'm adding a mockup for the mobile version (responsive).
Note: there should be the option to just disable everything, and the homepage-entry-cover will be the default one (from the theme).
