Real Estate IDX Search

This is a real estate website with IDX search which will be refined to a limited zip code and areas within that zip code. The first page will have two buttons to search within particular areas. After that selection is made, the search criterion price range will appear. The results will then be displayed in order of Active, followed by Sold, and then Contingent and Pending. Sold and Contingent & Pending should be hidden under buttons until the user is ready to see them. There will be no other search options at this time. Following is a suggested flow for the search. If there are any issues with it that make it especially complex, or if you can suggest a simpler search, please let me know. There are budget constraints at this time, however my client has interest in testing this search method and possibly modifying it later on or expanding it. I would like only programming done with PHP, Apache, MySQL stack. I need the programming done and search function displaying results. Do not do any design work. I will be responsible for design, graphics, CSS, etc.
