Realtor Website Lead Gen Network

I'm a new realtor in Canada, BC. Which means our IDX feed is different than USA. We have IDX DDF from CREA. Right now RealtySoft looks like a good theme while RealtyPluss has the IDX / DDF feed configured properly. Here's my marketing strategy: 1. I have a 4 letter .com that has been real estate news related since 2002 on my own dedicated server, so no problems with lag. 2. Drone video's of both the city and open houses will be good content to engage on the news website, and then share to my own personal real state website. 3. There's also lots of data set's other realtors aren't using that show area income, schools and other data not found else where. Sales funnels to lead capture 5. Built in CRM. 4. Lead gen funnels. (what is my home worth, dispute taxes, free ebook, contest of sorts. anything to get name and email) 5. Related business directory (HUGE). I want to build high quality seo ranked pages for contractors, painters, floor, roof, builders, other real estate agents so when people search for them, they might fight our listing and decide to buy or sell with us. I want to create tourism websites to post drone video's and link the original source to my news site where I have a large amount of Ad's self promoting real estate. Since i'm new... I need to look big and established so people trust me. To do that i'm going to get a drone and do maybe 10 professional video's that show high end houses. I'm looking for a freelancer that can work with data, great with SEO (i have a very old domain) and already has templates on their computer to keep the cost low. Since i'm a start up, I don't have huge funds, so i'm looking for a long term relationship. Communication is key. I don't like just text chat... i love team viewer and talking in real person. If you're a stickler to to therms of freelancer please don't bid. But I do use escrow and have been a member for 11 years. No cookie cutter bids please. I want real data, seo, lead gen marketing guys that can speak English and already have plugin's / themes ready to go.
