Rebuild & Redesigning of Backend, Website and Mobile Apps

We have an On-Demand Food Delivery Script which has below: 1. Backend developed in PHP Laravel & several other technologies used. 2. Website 3. Customer Android & iOS App 4. Delivery Boy Android App 5. Restaurant web Panel First Task: Re-Designing of All elements above to what we will provide. We need exact design look. Second Task: Removing All bugs & outdated things from the code and using new technology and re-building in a cleaner way. THERE MUST BE NO BUG OR ISSUES AFTER THIS PROCESS. Third Task: Adding new features to it such as Wallet, Payment Gateway, Reward Points, Auto-Locate, Converting Restaurant to the Multi-Vendor system (so that it can be used for grocery stores, restaurants or other types of stores too.). Vendor Android App for handling everything which they can via web panel. Fourth Task: We need clean documentation of each step from server setup, installation of backend, Apps, setting up all elements like payment gateway, firebase, change of icon, colors etc... we need every small step to be documented & shared with us.
