redesign of php web application and android and iOS app

I have php code and mobile version code for my web application GPS tracking software. I want to redesign with good looking graphic user interface and mobile app with some changes. The files can be accessed in RDP mode only. Its a live on internet with may domain and need customisation in it. following is the work to be done 1. Overall design on pages with colourful display icons 2. push notifications on web and mob apps as per event 3. alerts or notification on email with our email id 4. Report download in various format xls, pdf, xml,HTML [login to view URL] display in assist status window [login to view URL] management add/delete/modify 7. new window display at lower section of map page with information like distance travelled, speed: max, avg,min, ignition of/of, gps: on/off, GSM on/off, Time data, history playback , address location, lat long, odometer, trip etc 8. menu module to be colourful and with icons. 9. display of colourful icons in active and non active mode. 10. Change of colour on change of status of car: moving: green, stop:Red, idle: orange, inactive: black etc. 11. sms option to add in report to in service section of asset addition page 12. branding for dealer/reseller web and mob apps [login to view URL] on each alerts or event in web and mob app. 14. driver management section: add pic, phone no and name to be displayed on vehicle info and to be add at time of asset addition as at the current section already there but it is as per device protocol and not shown in asset info section on map. for mob app I have reference and accordingly we can design as per our source code availability.
