Redesign Wordpress site

I'm looking for a competent WordPress developer who can work with me to deliver a professional looking and responsive website for a company website we have. The project consists of the following specifications: - The last developer did not complete the project for some reason, so I need you to continue what needs to be done and complete the project at [login to view URL] before publishing it to [login to view URL] - Old site backup to be redesigned can be found at [login to view URL] Please review content, especially product list as these are most of all the content will be used for this project. - Provide a wordpress theme suitable for the project. Cost of theme must be included with your final offer on this bid. Alternatively, I do have available a premium theme called "Evolve Plus" and "X" theme which you can use and customize. Continuing and customizing the existing template is also desireable. - Some design samples (screenshots attached) has been made as guidance which you must follow. Convert sample mock up sample designs into working worpress pages. PSD files for these sample mockups will be provided. Front page design [login to view URL] has a custom carousel sliders with 5-6 visible thumbnails with product thumbnails to promote around 12 featured products that must be easily updated from wordpress panel. Please ensure this will be working. 1st Milestone First milestones will be set at US$75 for delivering approved and working web templates designs based on the finalized front page design at [login to view URL] using the same design elements from the PSD mockup. These consisted of: 1) Provide designs and converting main pages as in mockup samples attached. 2) Create templates for pages with single and multiple products. - Slider revolution app will be provided [login to view URL] Tweak slider revolution image transitions and text effects used on pages that uses them. - Use of multiple carousel sliders to display product categories on front page and also in menu to enable users to find the products they're interested in. Smart Slider 3 here at [login to view URL] will be used and provided. Final Milestone Redesign and represent the rest of the web pages (30 pages total at the most) from the old web content [login to view URL] using the responsive templates you will design that must work well in all desktop and mobile browsers. Must use tabs, sliders and one page design to represent the products for better product pages. 2nd and final milestones will be awarded when all pages is completed and the site is live. - Import photo galleries and video galleries from old site to a new template with smartslider.
