Repair Paypal Module in OXID Shop - Provider no longer offers support for the Zend Guard Loader

Hello,
the Paypal module in my OXID 4.5 shop is not working anymore. I use efi_paypal in version 1.5. The server runs with Linux and PHP 5.6.
The error log says:
PHP Fatal error: Incompatible file format: The encoded file has format major ID 3, whereas the Loader expects 7 in ./modules/efi_paypal/[login to view URL] on line 0
My Provider no longer offers support for the Zend Guard Loader for PHP 5.6. That's the problem that the plugin does not work anymore. What can I do? Can anyone help me please?
