the problem:
A test site, [login to view URL], was upgraded to theme version 5.2.2 as a result the customisations, implemented, were broken. These customisations include the sub header of the phone number, parking message and also the footer. The footer was corrected by the theme developer support team. However, they could not see how the footer was added in the first place, as it was not through a widget or custom code that could be identified.
Another test site, [login to view URL], is still on version 5.2.1 and still has all of the original customisations. However, if I upgrade this, to 5.2.2, the customisations, listed above, will disappear.
the solution:
Using both of the test sites, create the customisations again, but test that upgrading the theme will not break the customisation. Also, document where the changes have been made.,

Will deliver all customization using Child theme and proper override so no lost if make updates .

I have checked both links, the customization was done in main parent theme so update removed all the changes, i m ready to do all the changes again as a child theme so upgrade will not break ny thing,
