RETS Data Feed --> MySQL --> Houzez WP Theme

Real Estate website requires raw RETS data feed to be automatically retrieved (hourly) and inserted into MySQL database for use with Houzez WP theme. Correct matching of existing RETS data fields to Houzez database structure is a must. Use of PHRETS preferred. Owner of website will require and retain ownership of all PHP files / code created once project is completed. If you do not have experience working with RETS please do not respond to this request. Proof of experience will be required prior to acceptance and start of project. *** A large number of bids that are NOT qualified for this project have been received. Because of this we are requiring that you state the following when submitting : I HAVE RETS / MYSQL EXPERIENCE --- Any bid received that does not state I HAVE RETS / MYSQL EXPERIENCE will be ignored / deleted.
