Satelite roof measuring software needed

I saw this post and would like the same software created. I am looking for a software designer/engineer to create software with the ability to accurately measure roofs using aerial photography. The software must also be able to compile reports that can accurately estimate the materials that would be needed to replace the existing roof (shingles, drip edge ridge vents, etc.). The software must be able to accurately estimate the materials needed for roofs with different pitch. Being able to accuratelty measure roof pitch along with roof perimeter will be the most difficult part of this project. If the developer can help acurately measure roof perimeter and roof pitch using these arial photos, the project will be a success as I am able to help figure out the rest. There is a company that does this: www.eagleviewmeasurements.com. I have worked with this company however, want to see if I (with your help) can accomplish this also. Attached is one of eagleview's sample reports. I can help beta process by actually verifying roof measurements in my area.
