Save the results from a Google Form to individual Google Sheets

Google Forms are setup to store form submissions in one google sheet. However, its possible to store results in individual sheets using a script. This is something I have seen done but I am not able to build that script. Should be pretty simple for someone familiar with Google Drive and scripts.
