Scrape website text, h1.. tags, translate with deepl.com add bbcode instead of tags afterwards

I need a tool to which I can give a link from [login to view URL] and which then automatically translates to [login to view URL] but converts the html tags H1,H2 etc. into BBcode tags. The only problem [login to view URL] offers is automatic word suggestions to manually improve only on the web interface but not on the api. My consideration was to split the paragraphs and headings into blocks and translate them separately, so you could catch <h1> tags from heading and replace them with [SIZE=7] BBcode tags. Facebook i didn't found a article in "hurry". In which language you write it doesn't matter, it should work on macOS best case also on windows.
