Hello, I have done setting up prestashop before. Please have a look at vp1.in. I have used both woocommerce and prestashop for clients and personally i prefer woocommerce due to the abundance of knowledge support available over the web. Although woocommerce is bad with multisite setup. If you have lots of data the dedicated server will work fine. I will take 1 day to setup prestashop . Thanks Arindam
