Seeking PHP/MySQL and .NET expert to assist for web project work (HTML forms, authentications, dynamic db interactions including writing, retrieving results and displaying)

We work on web projects (mostly HTML5) and need a seasoned developer with experience in the following: -Basic form data collection and small database retrieval with PHP/MySQL, .NET -Connecting custom forms and writing results to db (with a way to review results) -HTML5 experience a plus, however not required as long as you can connect data to website Current projects: 1. access authentication page using access code to retrieve a temporary file (URL must be temporary with no bookmarking upon session completion) 2. form pages with basic inputs of 5-10 fields of data. Some with email notifications only, some with writing submissions to a db and displaying via admin panel. 3. dynamic parts filtering using data from excel file based on pre-defined inputs. If you have additional expertise, we will continue to grow our portfolio and offer you more complex projects as we expand our offerings.
