Seeking UX specialist to help diagnose and improve SaaS website

I'm seeking a UX specialist who is familiar with php and boostrap in order to diagnose why my SaaS website is not performing well.
I switched platforms last month and since then my sales have halved. Based on customer feedback, user experience is the biggest problem as customers don't understand how to use the platform very well. I have implemented tutorial videos and product tours, however this has unfortunately not improved the situation.
Therefore i'm seeking help from someone who specializes in this area to not only diagnose the issues but to implement them too.
Experience with Instagram automation tools would be a bonus.
