Select a WordPress theme

**Please note: I am looking for recommendations on a suitable theme that fulfils my criteria, as opposed to somebody to build my site** My current site is an old WordPress theme selected by my previous web developer. Many of the plugins that I would like to use are not supported and I am going to have to migrate to a new theme. While I am familiar with [login to view URL], I find the filter quite poor and the promises made by the various developers dubious. I have a shopping list of items I want available to me through the new theme, some of which I will outline here: - Current plugin support requirements: Stripe Payments, Calendly, MailChimp, Updraft Plus and Zendesk. - Additional plugin requirements (recommendations required): SEO package and a lead generation plugin (that syncs with MailChimp). My site targets an older client base - from 55+, so giving people the option to download a guide or receive it by post is required, for example. There are many other facilities required for this client base, but I will go into this in more detail with any interested freelancers. I have my own fonts that I want used throughout the site and I require a site with five to six pages, with a robust blog (the blog is updated weekly, and is the main source of traffic for my site at present). The plug-ins of Calendly and Stripe is to be hosted on their own pages via the footer in the site.
