Server Duplication Project – OSDial Predictive Dialer / Sugar CE CRM

Our existing server was configured by a company named Augutech. It was built with the OSDial Predictive Dialer and Sugar CE CRM. Lead data passes through the dialer to the CRM via PHP scripts. We have copies of all the scripts but we do not have SSH or FTP access to the server. OSDial is open source. You can download a free copy from their website. Sugar CE CRM is open source as well. We need OSDial and Sugar CE installed on a new server with all data, settings and configuration (fields, campaigns, lists, appointments, database, etc.). We need the new server to be an identical clone to the server we have now. Augutech is currently hosting the server but will not give us SSH or FTP access until they return the server to me. They plan to disconnect it, then take 5-6 weeks to ship the server to us. We cannot afford to be down 1 ½ months. We need a duplicate server and need to turn the duplicate live so we have a working system while Augutech sends us the original. Please quote a cost per hour and estimated range of hours to complete this project.
