aws SES allows you to send emails. I will configuration the SES for your domain name. A smtp credentials will be created. This credentials can be used to send emails. This is how it works. SES is not an email hosting service but it just allow you to send emails using smtp.

Hello, I can setup your AWS SES account and get it verified to send emails. But in a very first shot do not expect they will approve request for one million, initially we can go for 50,000. If we stand good on spam ratio then we can easily get approved for more number of emails. I have done this for many customers of mine and I know AWS easily does not approve such a big number is first shot. Please hire me and lets get things started.
