simple bulk e-mail script needed

Dear freelancers, I need a simple and small script for e-mail marketing, which I can execute on my windows 7 computer or my windows 2012 virtual server and does the following: - Send 5 e-mails to a specific e-mail adress - The e-mails should be sent simultaneously (if not possible, then with minimum delay) - Pick a random subject out of a list of 30 subjects (I will provide these) - For the e-mail body (text): You can use the same 15 words for all e-mails, but please randomize them - The programm can be written in any language you like. I personally have knowledge in PHP and Python only, so if you choose another language, I need a quick briefing on how to execute your script. As a legitimate startup business, we do have an own SMTP account. At the moment we use "elastic e-mail". Elastic E-Mail has an API and a very good documentation for almost all programming languages. If you could design your script the way, that it would also work with other companies (for example Send In Blue, MailGun, MailJet, Atom,... there are many) with minimal adaption - that would be great! All those other companies offer the same service - they also have an SMTP server, only the authentication credentials might be different.
