Simple Change Amazon MWS API and Distributor API - Remove Part on Amazon if non on Distributor Website

I only need to make an add-in to an existing file called getMalabItems.php. The existing file will match malabs sku and amazon sku and update the inventory based off malabs webservice database an cron every hour. It works fine but the problem i have is if any sku is deleted from malabs then on Amazon that same sku is left as is. So it means that that item is still in stock and will be forever until removed. I need a way to delete or disable any sku that malabs don't carry any more to be removed/disabled/deleted on Amazon automatically every hour. I also have a price updater program, i need it to update inventory instead of pricing. I just need it quick grabbing sku and qty. This is for emergencies just in case the other one isn't working or something happens to it. This should be fairly simple for you programmers because the majority of work is already done just needs to have a few tweaks here and there. I would have used my other programmer for this job but can't get a hold of him anymore.
