Simple Form Library/Framework in PHP

We need a serious developer to create a very simple form library/framework in PHP. There are already existing form libraries/frameworks out there, but we need something simpler. The only field that must be implemented is the text box. Other fields (e.g., password, checkbox, radio) are NOT required. The developer must be skilled in PHP, HTML and Ajax. At the beginning of your bid proposal, please include "CLAHAR-183" so we can weed out autobidders. In order for us to shortlist qualified developers, please state in one line, in your own simple words, what Ajax is used for. It is NOT required, but a plus, that you have previously used a form library/framework, so please include that in your bid proposal. More details will be given to qualified developers.
