Simple Linux web application working with APIs and includes some calculations

I require an experienced developer to create a web app to run on Linux, using digital ocean.

Specifications:

* The purpose of the web app is to display neatly API data from 3 exchange websites. This is to be displayed in a single view.

* From each API, it shall display the order book asks, and bids, and last price.

* The data set needs to be refreshed once every 10 seconds. It should show last time updated.

* Some simple calculations needs to be done on the data, and displayed on page.

* The basic layout of the page for PC is attached.

* These Calculations are to be performed - |AB| (larger of AB% or BA%), |BC| (larger of BC% + CB%), |CA| (CA% + AC%) and |ABC|.

E.g.

AB% = the |absolute| % difference between (highest bid of A / lowest ask of B)

BA% = the |absolute| % difference between (highest bid of B / lowest ask of A)

|AB| = the larger of AB% or BA%

* There shall be a sound played when an order fills on any exchange. The sound shall be different on each exchange. I will supply the sounds.

* There shall be alert options.

1. Alerts email (for multiple users on different machines, but just one per browser)

2. Turn on or off all alerts.

3. % to start alerting for |AB|, for |BC|, for |CA| and for |ABC| e.g. 1%

4. Option to disable calculations separately for AB%, BA%, BC%, CA%, CA%, AC% (i.e. if AB% is disabled, BA% can still trigger alert for |AB|)

* There shall be options to turn off sound separately for A, for B, and for C.

* Designs just needs to be simple and clean, as it's for personal use only.

* Needs to display well both on PC and Mobile webpage. On Mobile webpage, the order books should display in one single screen.

* The options shall be saved in browser.

* There shall be login and password, and the login and password shall save for 30 days.
