Small Hotel Management System (Web based)

I need a small hotel application to manage hotel rentals. The main function is that the hotel will be renting rooms by hour, day, week and month. So when user start a new rental the system should calculate the total cost based on the start date/time and end date/time. At the end it should print and invoice with the rental details. Users should be able to void and edit rentals. The system interface should be multi-language. For now English and Chinese It should have the following sections. Login: All user need to login to get access to the system. Users are defined in the users section of the system Dashboard: This section will give a financial and graphic overview of the rooms status and financial [login to view URL] Calendar: This will should an overview of the occupation of the rooms And also the possibility to start a new rental, update existing rentals and void existing rentals Rooms: This section will be used to add, edit and delete rooms The room should have the following fields: • Number • Description • Hour Rate • Day Rate • Week Rate • Month rate • Status (Ready,Dirty,Maintenance) • A Master/Detail list of the Rental History for each room Users: As the system will have a login there must be a user management section. The administrator must be able to create, update and delete users and groups Users will be assigned to group and permissions will be assigned to the group. Permissions to each section of the system should be add, edit, delete and view Setup: This section will have the company details and some setting of the system Reports: Generate a sales report for a selected period report . The reporting interface will allow to add more reports in the future.
