Please provide some details for input fields E.g What will be the criteria for expiry.. 1- Do we need to define employees ? 2- Do we have specific expiry date E.g 2nd of each month. 3- What will be the template of email ? 4- Do we need to use any API for SMS sending ? I recently developed a communications service (SMS and EMAIL generation from templates & sending) for a bigger project I'm working on for a client on my day job (I was in charge of 6 microservices for a credit agency's loan request system). - I would develop the back end using Node.JS and Express. - For data persistence I would use PostgreSQL, however I generally use an ORM (Sequelize) which makes it compatible with any standard SQL database (MySQL, Postgres, MSSQL). - I would make the system easily configurable so it's easy to replace the SMTP server and SMS providers. - I would dockerize the application so it is easy to deploy.
