Hi Everyone. I hope you are doing great! Would like to hire someone to develop my small web based program. I am looking for individual freelancer rather than firm. There are 3 types of login: 1)Admin 2)Accountant 3)Agent or Sales person Will explain one by one all the 3 things. 1)Admin *Accountant Admin can add accountant once he will login(there are 4 fields name,email id,contact no and password(can enter manually). After that accountant will receive his/her password in the mail and he/she can make login using by same credentials. *Agent or Sug Agent (here instead 4 fields there 10 fields available) While creating sub agent need to show list of agents who is registered with [login to view URL] entering sub agent details need to select one of the agent name from list that will make easy for us to identify who is working under whom. We can add as many as agent and sub agents. Rest of things same as like accountant to make login. 2)Accountant: He/She will make login using credential which will they receive after account created in the admin section. Please check no 3 have mentioned agent or sales person. If suppose sales person will visit one of the hotel and he will collect basic details about shop. Shop Name,Shop owner name,Address,Contact No etc.(Max fields 10: Here accountant will create shop whatever shop details they will get from sales person or agent. But while creating shop they will assign agent or sub agent name(Need to show drop down [login to view URL]'t these guys register by admin from admin section ) to that particular shop. To understand which shop is related to which sales guy. Why we are assigning shops to sales guy please check below example: For example: If you are a hotel owner and sales guy or Agent will come to guy and you will register hotel menu with us because we are a online food delivery platform(Already we have this one). Whenever someone will buy meal from your hotel in this case that guy will get 10%on total price. suppose If suppose hotel will register from sub agent then his main agent will get some percentage and he will get some. Now you are thinking how percentage will calculate: At the end of day hotel will close will get excel sheet from our online food delivery platform with the details as like below: 1)Shop no 2)Total amount of all order which is take place through food delivery platform. Here Account will enter appropriate details from excel sheet(Even accountant should able to upload excel sheet) and shop owner will get statement in the pdf form after deducting all the food delivery platform commission. And If that hotel is related agent in this case he will get 10% commission on food delivery platform. If that hotel is related sub agent in this case he will get 10% commission and agent will get 2.5% commission on food delivery platform commission. 3)Agent or sales person or Sub Agent: Using by the same credentials which they have received in the mail. I hope you remembered above that agent account will by admin from admin section. Here simply this people can see their own total commission and shop which registered under Him/Her and sub agent or junior sales person list who is registered Him/her. While placing bid please mention "read" word on the top of bid. Note:Don't confused with the word agent. You can say agent means Senior sales guy and sub agent means junior sales guy. That is it.
