Small WordPress theme modifications (as a child-theme)

What I need is the creation of a WordPress child theme with a few simple modifications to the original theme. Original theme: Education Base (not premium) Requirements for the child theme: The requirements I have are about small changes to the design and some additions. The menu of the theme is already compatible with the Polylang plugin for multilingual sites and the child theme should also be compatible to have a site with 2 languages. In detail: 1) "Apply now" button There is a button in the right top corner (see screenshot). The text of this button can be modified, but only in one language. I want the button text to be a Polylang string, so that its text will be in the correct language. 2) Additional link "Login eLearning" I want an additional link above the menu (see screenshot). 3) Remove theme credits The credits of the theme should be removed. 4) Site logo I want the "custom-logo" option to be enabled, so that I can set my own logo for the site. 5) Custom font Header fonts of the site should be changed to the free font "Dosis Medium" (see: [login to view URL]). 6) More beautiful language switcher I want a language switcher for Polylang that doesn't show the full languages "Deutsch" and "English" but just "DE | EN". The position should not be in the main menu, but above (see attached image). 7) Menu item descriptions ("walker") I want the menu dropdown items to contain descriptions. For an example, see the website https://www.ing-diba.de. This should be done by adding the "walker" class to the theme. Sub-menu itmes should be in bold font, descriptions in regular font. 8) Footer I want to have additional menu items in the footer and some text, similar to the footer of the freelancer.com website (but without the links to apps, social links are already available in the theme). 9) Top menu alignment The menu itmes are aligned with the top of the logo, I want them to be aligned with the bottom of the logo (see screenshot). Some of the changes (not all) are visualised in the screenshot attached. The development should not be done live on my server but the child theme should be sent to me, then I will install it myself on my server. In case of a successful collaboration future jobs are probable.
