It is basically CRM Software with SMS Integration. Retailers will manage their customer database and will be able to send SMS to their customer. Prefixed SMS for birthday, anniversary or festival wishes. And custom SMS for special price offer, seasons sale or new stock arrival etc choosing customer in various categories. Retailers will have Dashboard to their database and existing or forthcoming events or SMS. Retailers may have their data in their billing software and hence integration may be required. Each retailer will have their login id and password to access their dashboard having their own database and sms campaign list. Report generation also required. Data security needed for all retailers...No mixing of database.
