Soccer (aka football outside US) tournament registration

I have soccer Teams and Tournaments. Each team has a roster of Players, so there are three tables to draw data from (Team, Player, Tournament). There is one table to write data to: one record for each of the Players (Tournament entries). I have a screen where the Tournament information is listed on top. Below that, all of the team's Players should be listed, along with a checkmark per Player. The Coach ticks the checkmark beside each player he wants to register and then clicks the Submit button when all of the Players have been selected. One record, per checked Player, gets added to the Tournament Entry table. The coach can then click on a link to return to the main screen. How much to do and how soon can it be done? Thank you.
