I moved my website from one server to another (CentOS7/Apache/whm/cpanel) and SMTP stopped working. My users don't get notifications and verification emails any more. I use third party SMTP that is working (tested). I use OSCALSS as CMS for my website. Server support say I should contact smtp provider. SMTP provider say I should contact server or check phpmailer.
Only apply if you are good at php, server management and know OSCLASS. Do not waste my time if you are not confident about yourself accomplishing the task.
