Speed up heavily modified Wordpress website and clean up coding.

Below is the list of things I would like to have changed, fixed or deleted from the website Technology: • Wordpress • Apache • PHP 5.1 • Highly modified theme Adult/Child Theme • Custom image sprite overlay • Cloudflare • Shared SSl I want to speed our website up and have some reoccurring issues fixed, here is a list of what I want to have completed: • Fix all jQuery issues the website has: o jQuery is undefined. • Run a Nu HTML Check and make the changes to clean up all bad attributes, values and other issues found with W3 validator ([login to view URL]). • Merge the Child theme into the Adult theme removing any excess code. • Insure that .htaccess file uses best methods like gzip. • Test with Google Pagespeed, GT Matrix and Webpagetest for testing final completed work. • Set up W3 Total Cache to work correctly with our server, cloudflare and https (SSL). • Resolve the responsive code removing any additional code for the following sizes: o Max-width 767 o Min-width 768 o Max-width 991 o Min-width 992 o Max-width 1199 o Min-width 1200 o Combine 1200 and 1300 o Incorporate into Adult/[login to view URL] Summery: We want the website to load in under 3seconds and that will function in a mobile environment.
