Hello team,
I need a programmer/designer de convert a survey page into a dynamic one featuring charts based on the answer of each of the responders.

You will have to answer the questions to get to the second and third page and understand exactly what it is about.
This is a leadership survey which is supposed to look at each of the answer of the user and based on the total of the answers it will assign the users a specific title and provide a basic summary of what their leadership style is.
In order to properly do this, the programmer/designer will have to work with me 1on1 until we get this straight.
Second, and it is important, we need to integrate this into a WP site that is already in place. The survey with its results have to be accessible to users on the site, an if possible (optional) for the data to be saved in the WP db.
