As a time lapse company with remote cameras that communicate with a central server over a 3G connection we have considerable web resources that are critical to the day to day operation of the company. At present these resources are somewhat spread around, in that we have a dedicated server in QLD that handles a lot of the front end activity but there are also smaller VPS style systems performing some work in legacy systems and now a mix of newer systems and processes operating on AWS systems. The company would benefit from a consolidation of resources into the AWS systems and perhaps equally as important some redundancy built into our web architecture.
We are looking for someone with extensive AWS experience who can
1) Provide expert advise on how to structure our systems inside AWS
2) Help setup said systems and ensure they are secure
3) Help document the processes involved to aid in future maintenance and expansion
There are existing company directors and employees with considerable web and IT experience but we recognise that sourcing an expert in AWS systems to give us advice and clear direction is highly advantageous
