TOOL: Coding A Website Data Scraping Tool

I need a grabber which grabs school names from a website. Than the Grabber should search for the contact mail and list everything in a spreadsheet. I need to do an outreach to all German schools via mail. First Part: You get the school names from this website: [login to view URL] Here it should open all 16 German states at the beginning, If we open for example the first one ([login to view URL]) and you move your mouse over the first letter A you get all cities in this state with A. When you then click on the first City ([login to view URL]), you get the school names for this city. The grabber should grab all school names from every city A-Z in all 16 states. If there are school names more than once it should delete the double entries. Second Part: Now we need the mail address for every school name. For this, at the beginning, we need the school website. Mostly if you enter the school name on [login to view URL] the first result is the schools website. But not all the time, maybe you have a better solution than always taking the first result. To get the mail the tool should always open [login to view URL] or /kontakt and searches for the first @ address. The emails that were not found this way I will enter them at [login to view URL] and find them by myself. The best would be if the program works on my mac if there is no other option we can also use windows. Please write in your proposal how you would fix the issue with finding the website.
