We run a burger restaurant and are currently using Unicenta.
This job would be an ongoing relationship with future coding and development required
We would like the following customizations to be made or features to be implemented
- Automate "Print To Remote Printer" functionality to happen whenever an order is paid, or when the "return to table plan" is pressed
- Remove the ability to void an item or delete a table once items have been printed to the kitchen, unless the user has manager access
- Create new sales reports, to track sales of certain products, in an excel compatible format
- Custom formatting of tickets to kitchen printers so that like items are grouped together regardless of the order they are keyed in, (eg All burgers at the top of the ticket, all sides at the bottom, etc)
- Integrate orders from our online ordering platform to be automatically input into the pos and printed (online orders currently flow to an email address, the online ordering platform *eatapp* does support pos integration)
- Create a report that will export sales data to our accounting software (MYOB) a template can be provided that will work as an import
- Configure eftpos integration via PC Eftpos software to send transaction amount to eftpos terminal when card payment type is selected
- Close cash feature to include an input for actual cash taken, and actual card value with any variance calculated
- Close cash to include a breakdown of sales types, eg food/drink, as well as a summary of number of burgers sold, and average transaction value, average $ per burger
- Introduce reports to track KPIs, based on user, and sales of certain products
- Implement a loyalty and rewards system
- Implement a gift card system
- Fix partial payment bug that doesn't two partial card payments
- Allow spit bill by percentage rather than just itemised
- Auto return to table plan, if a ticket is left open with no activity for a configurable time frame (eg 30 seconds)
There would be more work ongoing, and we can prioritize the above items with the project broken down into blocks, with separate quoting and payments if required

Most of the features you mentioned are already done.
Also we have used TastyIgniter (Open source) as online platform. And the orders will directly
reach the POS (Unicenta) with Android app. If you are interested I can show you a demo on this.
I would suggest you to hire a resource on monthly basis (1500$ per month).
The resource will provide 40 hrs of work per week.
