a university security management system using face recognition

the project is a university security system using face recognition technology, the system should enable administrate to receive the visitors requests through a website page so he can decide whither or not giving them his permission to enter and then add them to the system data base. finally when the system recognizes the person it's must display his name & his reason to visit with ✅ screen. Details : The visitors can use a website to send request (must fill a his information frame name: Email: Work : student , graduate ,teacher, visitor His institution or organization : the reason to visit: the days of visit : )to the administrator so he can decide to add them or not into the faces database if he gives permission to the visitor the system must send to him an acceptance email as well as [login to view URL] the system should cancel the permission of entrance automatically once the allowing time(day or days) that has been determined by administrator is ended.
