Update price from user table column to item column mysql and sync

i want to sync price row in items table based on value of user table (mysql)
user have 2 types items brand with different price save as column in user table..
when user update the price at [login to view URL], the value will store in their user table
and then based on type of [login to view URL] , every item price will be update in [login to view URL] table
price = quantity * [login to view URL]
