I would arrange Hosting, install WP along with Database, MYsql Purchase a theme / from Themeforst and install it Purchase Visual Composer & Its Addons / (Preference will be if your company Tech expert already have VC and addon) , Objectives Working Transparent, using Open-Source Resources Saving Time, and Money Professional Project Completion, Using Project Managet tool/ Collobration with Team / Designer , PM , so a Proper WORK-Flow chart is Required Work BACK-UP: Company should have Back-ups of files/ in case our server Clash Designer : Must have #Familiar with Wordpress Development / Envirorment # Expertise in HTML, CSS, PHP, to make the desired modifications in Theme using Visual Composer #Familiar with Frontend and Backend Page Building , drag and drop elements which can be used to create unique layouts #The Visual Composer allows to add custom CSS for individual pages and posts. The effects of this custom CSS will be limited to that particular page or post only How we Procced ? After Discussing Theme / and Reference site ( how internal Pages are Required) , Project Manager will give us Est.
