Web-based Human Resource Management (HRM) application

We require a customized HRM web application, very similar to open source tools such as ICEHRM, Sentrifugo or Sanphrm but additionally incorporating our requirements. The tool can be based on any of the above platforms not reduce majority of tasks and costs, but maintain strong web-app security measures. Requirements: • Main language is Persian(Farsi) therefore RTL styling should be considered. The tool can be written in English with the option of changing language later by us by providing .mo .po files in Persian or any other language (LTR languages should change again the styling to LTR). • Fully Unicode UTF-8 compatible. • Unlike the mentioned products(ICEhrm, Sentrifugo, etc) the tool must include multi company feature. In other words, we are using the tool to manage HR of multiple unrelated companies. • Various user access levels to companies and components • A main table to store employee data for each company with batch import (using .CSV) feature • Customizable forms to enter employee data (add/edit/delete fields) • Various global editable components (tables) as source of data for some read-only fields of main employee table. These components mainly have numerical data. Mathematical calculations on their fields will create the output for main employees table. Access to edit/view these components is restricted to admin user. • Like above, a table to list various job information to be used as a dropdown in main employee table. This table should have batch import (using .CSV) feature. Access to edit/view these components is restricted to admin user. • Analytics component to create nicely formatted reports, charts, pie diagrams from employees table, plus option to print/download these analytics. This will have limited fields to create reports from. • Email feature to contact/send a generated report to employees in database • A small area to post regular news in HTML format. • Store and retrive dates in Shamsi calendar date format (Iranian calendar). More Info on this is available. • Monthly archiving of employee table and feature to view and get report from the archive as a separate component • Unlike similar tools we don’t need travel, attendance or time management components but if it’s already there we appreciate it. • Overall modern, pleasant and smooth UI and UX • Customizable branding features (logo areas) and alt text popups for help on components and fields.
