We have delivered similar but bespoke software to two major NGOs 1. UK based INTACH 2. USA based UNGC (United Nations Global Compact) INTACH has multiple branches in each of the 15 countries; similarly, UNGC operates in 208 countries. Members periodically report their activities for internal monitoring as well at Regional Office and HQ. Reporting is through forms and upload of files/photos. It includes financial and resource management with live chat, events calendar, flexible task manager where the admin defines milestones and members tick off each as tasks get completed. UNGC have a unique system such that the colour of the country on the world map changes as their activities get completed. This generates a competitive spirit among the members to be completing their tasks. We had created both s/w using ASP.net (C#) with SQL Server database with a high degree of security for the web. We propose to create safe and secure bespoke software for use by your members. I suggest a detailed discussion to freeze your s/w requirements prior to start of work.
