Web Developer & Designer for new Wordpress Website.

Programming: We require a programmer and designer with wordpress programming experience. We are developing an information/service website to be build on the wordpress platform. The functions are pretty basic, but it is important, that they work without problems. The information/services will be divided into categories and subcategories. The site has to be easily searchable by various search criterias such as: keyword, company, category, subcategory, date etc. It is very important that the user will be able to search by category, subcategory 1, subcategory 2 and potentially down into more subcategories. The search functions has to be easily navigated and understood. This is the most important function of the site, but beside that we will need to have the following functions: 1. a newsletter sign-up that also comes up as pop-up when visitors are leaving the site. 2. Space for advertisement 3. Icons for social media (join us) 4. We will be writing articles/news on various subjects. Design: The design should be modern but easy to navigate and get a quick overview of what the content is and how to get to it. The homepage should consist of a header which has our name. The search function should be prominently featured/easy to find on the home page. And then there could be a sections called something like: most recent, most viewed, recent news (each section with picture and text). Other: We will potentially need to have some sort of datamining set up. Which will enable us to get this information from already non competing websites and onto our website. The information is public information. But this is something we will discuss in more detail with you as we get started. Please submit to us if you are able to provide the above.
